Greate. This apartment deserves the highest praise. Spent there two weeks with my boyfriend and found nothing that could disappoint us. We highly appreciated the elegant style of this rental as well as the helpfulness and attention of its owners. It is clearly seen that they love their business and are happy when their guests are pleased. I liked every detail of this lovely home: books, paintings, chairs, well-stocked kitchen, cozy living room, immaculate bathroom and a romantic bedroom. Its location is also super – it could be better only if you lived in Louvre. I have already described this accommodation to all my friends and colleagues and my sister has already booked it for a weekend in September.

The space is evenly distributed between the Living/Kitchen and two bedrooms, with a large, light bathroom and WC. The building on the street as well as the building itself are equipped with security codes, though hardly necessary in the safe Marais.

The living room is functional and chic, with a bright window and decorative black marble fireplace crowned with a 19th century mirror. It is tastefully decorated in moot colors, browns and blacks but with white walls to permit light, and the old wood beams have been exposed in the ceiling. The furnishings are simple and design, with a sofa, fold-out dining table, 4 chairs, end and coffee tables, cabled flat-screen television, eclectic wall hangings and a small buffet full of dishes.

Master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, has a lovely bright window and white walls, tables, lamps and plenty of space in the shelves.

The bathroom is bright and clean, with simple white tile, a bathtub with shower head, sink, a cabinet and storage space, as well as the washer/dryer combo.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, has a lovely bright window and white walls, small table, lamps and plenty of space in the shelf.
